Conceptual Data Analysis

The second step in the DDLC is creating a conceptual model that identifies all of the master data entities and the business process measurements that are used by the business. These data are analyzed by the business to understand how the business is functioning.

The Conceptual Data Model Document describes part of the enterprise layer of the enterprise automation overview.

Also, the conceptual data model forms the horizonal axis of the enterprise bus matrix.
